Transparency International: "3.8% of the Italians involved in corruption"

Among the categories perceived as most corrupt in Italy are the media (3.3 out of 5), industry (3.7 out of 5), Parliament (4 out of 5) and the judiciary (3.4 out of 5). Those less corrupt are all non-governmental organizations, the army, the education system and the police 31%.
